Entering the camp each guest is obliged to call on the reception because of registration,
identification number and magnetic card to admit at the camp by car. During the
registration every guest of our camp obliges himself to handle over his documents of
identification.
During registering each person will be assigned our identification bracelet as a sign that you are a guest of our camp Kovačine and that you are properly and duly registered. The guest is obliged to wear it on the hand during the entire stay at our campingsite. The bracelet will be placed on arrival and removed on the day of departure by a person of the reception staff.
In the case of loss or damage of bracelets, we will bill you 10.00 Euro per bracelet.
The mobile homes as well as the rooms “Tamaris” are at the guests disposal as of 5 p.m.,
the plots on the camping site suit you as of 2 p.m.
Identification number obtained at the reception must be displayed on a visible position
of the tent-caravan due to supervision purposes.
Unregistered guests will have to pay the fine which amounts three more tourist days.
The choice of location in the camp is left to guests, except the sites previously reserved.
Camp Management holds the right to intervene and relocate.
The relocation from a plot to another plot is possible only by approval of the reception.
The first relocation on application of the guest of a plot to another plot is free of charge.
Every further relocation will be billed after the valid price list.
It is prohibited to fence an area.
The landing stage for boats of mini-Marina of the camping site can be used only under
the “specified conditions about the landing stages of the camping site Kovacine”.
Dogs are allowed to be bathe on the beaches provided for animals and on the marked
places in the bathroom facilities.
The night peace is from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., while the afternoon peace is from 2 p.m. to 5
p.m. During the night peace and the afternoon peace it is not permitted to turn up the
volume of the radio or TV, sing aloud etc... In the case of an organized festivity (dance,
party), house order can be shortened accordingly.
During the night peace the use of motor vehicles or cars is prohibited.
The bills are paid on the departure day or earlier. The working hours of the reception
are exhibited at the entrance of the camp.
Departing guests are obliged to settle the invoice for plots until 11 a.m. and to leave
the camping site until 1 p.m. Otherwise will be calculated another additional day. Departing
guests of the mobile homes or the rooms “Tamaris” are obliged to settle the
invoice and to leave this accommodation till 11 a.m., otherwise an additional day will
be calculated.
For a possible later arrival or earlier departure of the in advance reserved and by the
campsite or sales office confirmed accomodation, the guest is obliged to pay a compensation
in the amount as follows:
If the guest with his later arrival or earlier departure reduces the previously confirmed
reservation for one day, it will be charged the actual achieved stay and one additional
day
If the guest with his later arrival or earlier departure reduces the previously confirmed
reservation for two days, it will be charged the actual achieved stay and two
additional days
If the guest with his later arrival or earlier departure reduces the previously confirmed
reservation for three or more days, it will be charged the actual achieved stay
and three additional days
At a possible delay during the arrival the confirmed accommodation will be hold
even another 24 hours. If the guest should not call by phone or write to the reception
of the camping site within these 24 hours, the reservation is annulled
and the accommodation can allocate to other guests.
Please note that if on the plot which is reserved on your name,are arriving other guests, every change of the stay will be treated as a new reservation, and they have to, just as you, pay their stay as well the cost of the reservation for the specified area (in the yellow area 50,00 €, and other areas 30,00 €).
Mentioned reservation cost do not pay members of immediate family who live on the same address as the person who made the reservation of the plot.
Any change of the services provided during the guests’ stay, must be reported to the
reception together with the registration number.
Upon leaving the guest is required to give back to the reception: the tent-caravan
number, key of the refrigerator, magnetic card, key of mobile-home or rooms „Tamaris“.
Otherwise will be required to pay for any inadequacies according to the valid price list.
All inquiries related to the exchange office, re-filling of gas, lowering and lifting up the
boats, can be obtained at the reception.
The guests have the possibility to deposit values and cash on the arrival in the safe on
the reception of the camping site. At loss of your values we are not liable for the same.
Each guest is required to handle with care and look after all the camp equipment.
Eventual damages caused on the installations are requested to be reported immediately
to the reception.
For the preservation of the tree population and our ecosystem it is not permitted to
damage trees and bushes on the camping site (p.e. it is not allowed to beat nails into
the tree or bushes, attaching an aerial at the tree or the bushes, hanging up plastic or
metal linen to dry the laundry on trees or bushes, or similar things).
Please use hot water and electric energy in an ecological and rational way.
All the waste is to be disposed in appropriate waste bins to maintain the cleanliness of
the camp.
The maximum speed for vehicles in the camping site is 10 km/h.
It is prohibited to:
light open fire on the places not intended for it and on the beach
wash vehicles and boats on the camp grounds and the beach, except in designated areas
use the area allocated for washing dishes in any other way
disturb other guests with noise, screaming and loud music
driving boats and ski-jet close to the shore
anchor boats on the shore
keep unleashed dogs
swimming in the area of the mini-Marina
